Of course! Your personal information is kept secure. Our customer service staff will only contact you regarding any backorder information, or with order questions and clarification.

I see you have a Newsletter. Will I automatically be subscribed to this?

Yes, we do have a Noah Systems Newsletter, which is sent out once every three months. As we do not want to send you any unwanted emails, we give you the option of subscribing to our Newsletter once you have created an account. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe, you may login and indicate this.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Can I order by phone?

Does sales tax apply?

You will be charged sales tax for orders shipped in the state of California.

How do I check the status of my order?

The Delivery Confirmation email sent to you includes package tracking information. Packages are usually shipped via Fedex, UPS, DHL or US Postal Service. Please visit the website of the carrier chosen to ship your item(s), and enter your tracking number to obtain detailed shipment information. If you have not received a Delivery Confirmation email and would like to know status, please contact customer service at noah@noahsys.com or call us at 760-945-4231.

What are your return and exchange policies?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Noah Systems, you may return any item in its original condition with original receipt for a complete refund (excluding shipping & handling) within thirty (30) days of purchase. Please contact our Customer Service at 760-945-4231 to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the item(s). Items which are defective, may be replaced under warranty for a period of one year from the original purchase date.

Do you accept international orders online?

At the moment, we are only able to accept orders from within the United States and Canada. For international orders, please email us at noah@noahsys.com or call +1 (760) 945-4231 and we will gladly process your order. We apologize for any inconvenience which this may cause.
